Best ever? Based on what?
Evans Bipi, had declared to the press, “Why must [Governor Amaechi] be insulting my mother, my Jesus Christ on earth?”

 and also the 3 point per win rule.

I would think Mexico 86 was the best.

How many points is it now per win?

1990 WC was horrible! :boo:
It was when the divers took their diving art to unacceptable levels.
The germans and Jurgen Klinsmann was the worst offenders.
Schillachi and Roger Milla were the only bright lights and the Maradona run that took Brazil out.
