Two contrasting coaches with contrasting approaches:

1) Sean Dyche is winning 2-1 at Old Trafford with 15-20 minutes to go. Instead of sitting back he brings on two forwards (Vokes and Walters) to relieve pressure off his team and test the Man Utd defence.

2) Mourinho is winning 2-1 at Leicester with 15 minutes to go - against a team down to 10 men. Instead of putting on another attacker to stretch the 10 men and kill the game, he decides to sit back, and bring on a midfielder to keep things tight and defend.

Zlatan is too slow to play 10, Mourinho needs to assess what made Lukaku tick at other clubs and now has a barren spell, did he ever have a barren spell at the other clubs he payed for? Look at Herrera for example, one of our better players last season, now he cant even get a game, kf we need any number 10, it should be Pogba, let Matic and Herrera defend, Pogba knows how to unlock defences and will be very dangerous in that position, especially if Miky has lost form, or maybe Mourinho tactics are outdated and needs modernising
So angry Nigeria got kicked out of the world cup once again, i nearly told my wife that i caught my girlfriend with another man today!

Nothing is wrong with the boy. He is a 20 yr old & is bound to go through ups & down in form. It all comes down to man management IMO..
For me, Rashford is, perhaps, the best English talent that has emerged in the past 2 years. Incredible talent that is ahead of the learning curve.
...so does it mean his work rate is too much, because it may get worse at the world cup ala Rooney when he was clicking on all cylinders at the league but flunked at the world stage.

Man Utd already has two number 10s. Except that Jose insists on playing him (Johnny Kills) on the RW. The other one (Mkhi) is badly out of form and confidence.

funny

Vokes and Walters did not test the United defence in that 15-20 min period

It's not Jose's fault that the game was 'not killed'. He cannot control players missing sitters: Rashford x2, Lingard, Martial

AFCON 2024 L-O-S-E-R-S

However Dyche's intent is key. He was not content to sit on a 1 goal lead and brought on 2 attackers. Jose's intent was also clear when he brought on an extra DM with instructions to "sit in" and keep things tight against 10 men.
