Chidiebere Nwakali moves to Aberdeen on loan

Post by aruako1 »

Aberdeen loan Chidiebere Nwakali from Manchester City. very good move. Aberdeen are the second best team in Scotland and more importantly, in Derek Mcinnes, they have one of the most sought after young coaches in the UK. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/42632147

Good move but it is unlikely this will help us for Russia 2018 as Chidibere has been called to camp recently and apparently failed to impress. However, who knows, he may surprise us all and dazzle for the rest of the season.

I think the call up was surprising because the player that was excelling in the Norwegian legaue was Ifeanyi Matthew, not NWakali.

Ifeanyi Matthew doesn't have Man City watching his back.

Championship league would have been better, but all is well.

Let hope he hits the ground running. Scotland is too cold to be sitting on the bench....Not sure he is on Rohr's WC radar but definitely one to watch for the future.
