Argentina take on Ecuador in Quito in their final World Cup qualifier needing to win to secure at least a place in the play-offs. A frustrating campaign, including their recent goalless draw with Peru, has left their qualification hopes in the balance. Beaten finalists in their last three international tournaments, they last won in Quito back in 2001.
