Wow.. Stubborn Oliseh.. But he really did well technically and result Wise.. he should improve his man management skills.. Due to circumstances of his sacking, he would still not be vying for the top jobs soon..

Dude just doesn't work well with others.

Maybe the Wizards and Witches that attacked him in Naijaria made their way to the Netherlands. :?

He needs help. This behavior has trailed him everywhere he went. From head-butting in Dortmund to fighing everybody as player and then Captain of SE to fighting everybody at the NFF, to this. It can't all be someone else's fault. He needs anger management or therapy or both.

Ghana should hire him. After all, what do they have to lose?

Unfortunately, it looks like a people management skill shortfall again for Oliseh. Someone on this forum will have a field day with this.

They can't hire him. He can't headbutt people whose head are close to his belly button. :sneaky: :tic:

Including possible medication.

The folks who chastized Vince might owe Vince an apology.

The man said while he was in Naijaria that he was under spiritual attack. This latest incident is a testament that the problem is him, not other people, him.

I hope he gets help... figure out some stress coping mechanism or sontin.

Looks that way, but there are some clubs who will not mind one jot about that. What they want is someone to come in and make them survive. The way the Premiership has turned out this season, do not be surprised to see him in the mix for one of the bottom clubs come the end of the season.

He always strikes me as someone that will look down on you for daring to speak up to him.

You don't treat grown men like they are your wards or kids... not when you don't sign their checks.

Coaches are replaceable. Unless you want to fire the whole team.

From Fortuna Sittard
The coach has made the cooperation with many people within the organization impossible, from players to employees. Fortuna Sittard regrets the decision, but states that the club goes above everything else.

They are used to being kicked and tossed. Look how many times they've been kicked and tossed out of AFCON? :rotf:

So sad about this.

The fact that it took a few weeks for it to be confirmed probably meant they took time to weigh the impact of their actions, and still decided this was the best course of action for them.

Oliseh certainly blazed a trail and you can't doubt his technical soundness and ability. It will be nice to hear his side of the story, but you must learn to combine the attitude with the aptitude in life.

It might not be a bad idea for him to get a role as an assistant coach in a big club. Where he is still technically engaged, but not calling the shots or having the final say. Get mentored by someone who is successful and has a lot of the softer skills as well (not a wheeler & dealer like Harry O!)

That's Oliseh alright. The guy dropped Nigeria in the last minute, not thinking about the consequences of his action on our AFCON hopes. He's too self centred. Didn't about his decision on the whole country

Oliseh need to deal with the main issue. No matter which job he takes, he's likely to interact with people. I won't put it past him having a fight with the tea ladies. The report from Fortuna is damning.
