Those who have not followed the U17W coach over the years should stay away from the discussion.
This coach is not who you want for youngsters this age who would rely on a coach for complete guidance.

Secondly you have a failed Pinnick leadership; a coach is normally appointed to take on duties of a world cup qualifier at needed time.
