Toby's replacement is already at Spurs and appears to have benched him (Davinson Sanchez). Spurs have Foyth and CCV as the young backup. We may enter the market to buy one more CB as preparation for Vertonghen declining (he is 30+). Current rumour is that the player is De Ligt. Frankly I dont care - I trust the club's recruitment.
