EPL Fanboys, What's With the Quick Fire Goals?

I don't get it. What kind of defending is going on over there? Teams don't know how to manage games or something?
How do seasoned footie fans enjoy this stuff?
Looking at just April, the following games stand out:
1st April
Chelsea 1 vs 3 Spurs - Alli scored 2 goals in 4 minutes.
Arsenal vs Stoke Auba 86’ and Lacazette 89’. 3 goals in 13 minutes. 2 goals in 3 minutes.
7th April
Man City vs ManU City scored 2 goals in 5minutes while Pogba scored 2 goals in 2 minutes.
Stoke 1 vs 2 Spurs. All goals scored within 11 minutes.
Watford 1 vs 2 Burnley. Vokes (70’), Cork (73’) 2 goals in 3 minutes.
14 April
Spurs 1 vs 3 Man City Jesus (22’), Gündoğan (25’)
Burnley 2 vs 1 Leicester City (Wood (6’), Long (9’)
So’ton 2 vs 3 Chelsea (Giroud (70’, 78’), Hazard (75’)
