The difficulties of statistical thinking describes a puzzling limitation of our mind: our excessive confidence in what we believe we know, and our apparent inability to acknowledge the full extent of our ignorance and the uncertainty of the world we live in. We are prone to overestimate how much we understand about the world and to underestimate the role of chance in events -- Daniel Kahneman (2011), Winner of the Nobel Prize in Economics

That last kweshion get as e be.
Buhari, whose two terms thankfully ground to a constitutional halt in May. (One thing both democracies have going for them is that their leaders, however bad, have only two terms to swing the wrecking ball.) Under Buhari, growth per head also plunged to 0. An economic agenda drawn from the dusty pages of a 1970s protectionist handbook failed to do the trick. Despite Buhari’s promise to tame terrorism and criminality, violence flourished. Despite his reputation for probity, corruption swirled. FT

This is weird:

wouldnt a simple phone call from the presidency or even the Nigerian embassy in Austria handle this? How do we go to a camp without our head physiotherapist?

LOl dis Rohr is too funny. He said the Serbia game was a training game and not really an international game.
We have been brainwashed by the Premier League that it's the best in the world. Nonsense. It's the best brand
Roy Keane: ITV 02/25/14

He says that we are currently "brainwashed" into believing that the Premier League is the best competition in the world, and that we are now a long way off dominating the Champions League again.
Gary Neville: Mirror: 12/23/14

I think Spain’s by far the best league.

If you don't mind paying $20.00, sign up for Fubo TV here in the US and get to watch it online in HD.
They carry multiple sports channels that will carry all the WC games, including Telemondo, Galavision, BeinSports and Fox Sports.
End you subscription after the WC. Its very well worth it.

Univision no longer carrying the world cup. It is now on Telemundo, Fox and FS1. We are now forced to listen to Lalas and co on the English feed. I no get Telemundo.
If you live in or around a city with a large Latino population, Telemundo is a free on-air TV station.
If your cable carrier does not list it, disconnect and do a channel search to find it via antenna.
I already tried. I don't get it.

I think I will sign up for the youtube or Hulu TV 30 day free trial on June 14. I don't want to get cable.

Fubo or SlingTV should cover you for a month.
