That was one lucky win coming off a pathetic performance. What a sorry set of footballers. Only Kolscieny covers himself in glory.

Good thing is that we have time to heal and train. No more EPL games for a while and when they come around, they are both at home . Hopefully Sokratis will be back and fit for the run in :thumb:

Pay peanuts, you get monkeys and Roberto Karlosinac is king of the Apes. Hopefully, no more than a car boot sale stopgap. No doubt Emeribe has seen his standard, if not, e eye go clear.

Their dominance of territory & possession cannot be put down to our tactical plan - can anyone discern what our defensive philosophy is - cos to call it confusing will be an underestimation. Our game management today is totally unacceptable at this level.
If I give you a good wine, you will see how it tastes and after you ask where it comes from,'' ""To put players in my team who are not good enough will not strengthen the England team, and would weaken the Arsenal team.''The only thing I can say is that whenever England do not win it is always my fault, even when I am not at the game".Wenger said.

@Oja, agreed, Emeribe is all over the place and few are the games in which he has seized the upper hand, but...is the jury overlooking the depths to which Beloved was taken? The squad has been garbage for some time, toss in injuries to a starting XI, most of whom wouldn’t start for the top five and it could argue, the dogsh*t is no more than to be expected from this transsexual hound of the Baskerville. Beloved won’t make top four and don’t deserve to. Along the road to sixth, if Emeribe can find a formula and stick with it, that’s a start. That being said, when one makes EkWengsu look like the Arrigo Sacchi, as far as defensive structuring goes, there’s every reason for furore.

@Skylo, with the players at hand, what style of play is best suited?

Wenger would have won here 7-0. We all know that. He would have started: Cech, Ozil, Ramsey, Wilshere.

Smashing and grabbing a bottom placed team is the new Arsenal. Welcome to the new Arsenal.
And hope you guys noticed the difference in coaching between the two teams. How long has this new Huddersfield German coach being with the team? A month or two yet his impact is being felt. If I am a betting man I will bet on Huddersfield surviving the drop even though it seems a lost battle.
On another note and while planning for next season I hope our scouts will start keeping a tab on that Huddersfield jersey # 7, the Dutch Dacuna.
