This is NOT the Super Eagles that we know.
Who is their physical trainer?
These boys are NOT fit to wear the green white green.

Rohr doesn't know what he's doing.
Re: Poor, Poor Not So Super Eagles
What game were you watching; the only thing we could have done differently was have a first strike strategy and go at them more aggressively at opening

Re: Poor, Poor Not So Super Eagles
So far we are the only team that have lost in Group D so we're at the bottom.
Why didn't he start Ihenacho and Musa at the very beginning?
Why did he take out Iwobi who has been a saving grace to our team?

Re: Poor, Poor Not So Super Eagles
I BEG TO DISAGREE WITH YOU. Not has you rated them.... they actually played better in the first half and in most part of the 2nd half they also played better.... the major problem is that we did not have a striker that should threatened the Crot defence...Goldleaf wrote:Physically unfit

Iheanacho was even more of a threat for the few minutes he played.
IT WAS THE COACH THAT LOST THE GAME, FOR NOT CHANGING THE FORMATION FROM HIS 4-4-2, He should have played 3-5-2 to create more threat.

I have been watching Nigeria since the 70s. Our definition is athleticism, physical power, strength and high energy. These boys don't have it at all. It's like watching a lightweight fighting a heavyweight.
Re: Poor, Poor Not So Super Eagles
I am so baffled about everyone being bent out of shape about this team. There is no quality on this team at all. We have nice players but no creativity to create. Mikel was piss poor as the creator on this team. Croatia were by far the better team as a whole. They had a very good game plan.

Re: Poor, Poor Not So Super Eagles
I did wonder out loud after ther Serbia friendly if Rohr was trying to make sure we didn’t get out of the group. His selection is certainly troubling
Cheers.

Re: Poor, Poor Not So Super Eagles
Why is anyone shocked, can anyone raise their hands and tell me after watching the England game, they had any hope? Sorry the writings were on the wall, everyone saw it, please dont act shocked, Nigeria has issues with concentration and defending, they cannot concentrate for 90 minutes like other teams do, they switch off and on like NEPA, said it several times, you cannot seperate Nigeria from its football,
In 90 minutes, you will everything that is negative about Nigeria
In 90 minutes, you will everything that is negative about Nigeria
So angry Nigeria got kicked out of the world cup once again, i nearly told my wife that i caught my girlfriend with another man today!

I don't mind losing to a better team. But those two goals conceded were soft goals.
We are obviously not good enough. I hope to see improvements in the next two games. Then use that has a spring board to build for the next tournament. I think it is time for Mikel Obi to retire. Massive changes should be made.
We need a #9, #10, better center halves and fullbacks.
Integrate Nwakili into the national team as a central midfielder.

Winners do it the right way.

This is not about squad.TonyTheTigerKiller wrote:Didn’t I tell you guys that it was a huge mistake leaving Ambrose out of the squad

The personnel on the pitch today were more than adequate to match Croatia.
Ambrose wasn't missed. What we did miss though was a tactician.
It must be clear by now that Rohr is a tourist at these games.
Hope his camera is full enough because he needs to improve his focus and tactics by the next game.

Mikel and ighalo should not start next match.
After this tournament bye bye to ighalo and Mikel.

Rohr sold that game,
1.Starting shehu
2.Replacing our best creator iwobi with a headless chicken Musa
3.starting ighalo
4.instructing the team to adopt the famous side-ways passing
