Panama can still rescue this.Raptor wrote:We should expect more 'games' like this when the competition is expanded to 48 countries! Some matches will be little more than a farce.

Both set of fans are celebrating. Panama loving the fact that they witnessed history of scoring their first ever WC goal. England, for recording their most emphatic win at the WC.

England took their foot off the pedal. Insane when GD might determine the group winner.

Panama almost gets a second with a spectacular overhead kick but was badly missed. He ain't no Gareth Bale nor Ronaldo.

Not that......they believe that both are equally strong and dangerous, so there is little to choose.Ekorian wrote:Looking like Japan or Senegal. Ref said he made a mistake and wants both teams back to the field to repeat the game.

Re: England V Panama 6:1
Well the plot within the plot continues. Hope CAF can beat Concacaf and the Asian teams and show that we are the third best conference. Tunisia needs to emphatically beat Panama.

"History shows that this club has had very few strikers like him. I do not know if there has ever been anyone like him before. What I do know is that Barcelona should erect a statue for him. Samuel was a fundamental player here in recent years and was key to all of the titles that the team won."

Looking at the goals again, a lot of credit has to go tho Southgate and the coaching staff. Well worked set pieces.
