Fifa has to be the biggest mafia in the world. How do you explain that a low quality team like England managed to avoid all the serious teams that were in the tournament. The only serious nation they had to face was Belgium and when it did not matter, both times.

The English commentators just couldn't hide their bias.
Kane sure fluffed that opportunity.

What else do you expect from two demoralized teams playing a meaningless game that no one will remember tomorrow!

Dis Lukaku no fit dribble.
We have been brainwashed by the Premier League that it's the best in the world. Nonsense. It's the best brand
Roy Keane: ITV 02/25/14

He says that we are currently "brainwashed" into believing that the Premier League is the best competition in the world, and that we are now a long way off dominating the Champions League again.
Gary Neville: Mirror: 12/23/14

I think Spain’s by far the best league.

Why are Dele Ali and Lingaard not playing?

So England can have the excuse they didn't field their first 11 :rotf:

Lukaku seems heavy legged. He should have tucked that one in for a second.

They do care because it's a moral victory for their fans and will also boost their rankings. I think they just wanted to give some other players a chance of playing...

Let’s face it. Lukaku is a useless striker. He might not have this chance to win a World Cup golden boot ever. He should have scored at least two today. Rubbish.
