How about a second ANC trophy? Something no Nigerian has achieved.1naija wrote:He is 27 but has achieved all there is to achieve with Nigeria, unless we believe the delusional fans that think we will win the next WC with a bunch of barely average players.
Just STFU.....silly gas headbushboy wrote:Good Riddance!! We are still living on the memories of Moses from 2013. He has been very poor in the last 5 years. He can go. We have a lot of talent in his position. He will NOT be missed.
Good question...Enugu II wrote:urther, was he always comfortable being among his SE colleagues? Just asking?
...think we can send Bini witches to him in the middle of the night for a little..umm..."convincement"?Obong wrote:Wow. Rohr needs to earn his keep and convince Moses to rescind the decision. I'm trying to imagine the team without Moses in World Cup qualifying and at the World Cup itself. Pedestrian.
Nonsense post.heavyd wrote:The Victor Moses at the last World Cup will not be missed. The Moses of ANC 2013 and the qualifies will be. I have a feeling he may have been lent on by his club. If he is big enough to stand up to them then good riddance. Time for the NFF to go and get the likes of Ademola Lookman and Ovie Ejaria and for the likes of Moses Simon to step up.
Good luck to the lad.
Another nonsense post.Benedict Iroha wrote:Good Obi Mikel is next. Give room to young lads like Onyekuru to make their mark. Onyekuru is too talented than Moses.

He is 27 but has achieved all there is to achieve with Nigeria, unless we believe the delusional fans that think we will win the next WC with a bunch of barely average players. The only thing Victor will gain by continuing with Nigeeia is more abuse like those posted by ingrates above.

Anyway, I'm a bit surprised by this. On the flip side, it'll give Rohr another excuse as we've lost an experienced player.

I don't know why you KPOm the post uncle, with good coach this team can win it in the middle east.France 4 years ago could not even beat SE clearly if not for the American cheat ref and today they are world champs.Never say never you have play the game so am a bit surprise you don't believe in this team 4 years from todayoloye wrote:KPOM!1naija wrote:Victor was a great SE and will be missed. To be frank, you are a big disgrace on CEvancity eagle wrote:to be frank, he was a big dissapointment at the WC. He has not been playing well for a while. He is super talented but it seems like he just was not in it for quite some time.
This may be a blessing in disguise.
If that is the case, good. Let him, Mikel and the other "Big Men" hurry up and retire. A ship can only have one captain and nobody is above the coach. It's only in some african teams that players will be bringing their bigmanism to the country. Who is better, Moses or Ashley Young? Imo, Ashley yet he plays where he's told to play. For all the sir's and ma's we as nigerians tend to do, we seem to have a real lack of respect for authority. This goes along with a very selfish nature that is seen in several players in the team. We need to eradicate such behavior from the national team and I don't care if it costs us qualification at the next world cup. It will be better in the long run. The team comes first and everybody needs to understand that fact. So many times in the world cup, we saw selfish plays from the Nigerian team because players placed themselves ahead of the team. If the coach tells you to play left bench, go sit and warm that bench as best as you can. It's the NFF's job to select the best coach possible(another discussion on it's own). It's the coaches job to prepare the plan for each match(another discussion on it's own). It's the players job to execute the plan as a unit.Dammy wrote:Apparently, he had a falling out with Rohr at the WC and initially refused to play at wing-back until he was prevailed by Kinnock and Kanu among others.
He was unlikely to be invited to the SE as long as Rohr remains the coach, so he pre-empted the coach.
LOC knows what he's talking about with his tweet.
