Uche Ikpeazu

Post by heavyd »

Because of Gerard and Ovie Ejaria at Glasgow Rangers i have been watching a lot of scottish football lately and watched a bit of this guy. He scored the winner in their last game which took the team to the top of the SPFL ahead of Celtic.

Never really had a look at him before but he seems to have some great attributes... size, speed and strength. He can shoot with both feet and seems to be in a good run of form.

Worth a look at in my opinion...

Even though we are taking about the Scottish league, I found the clip very impressive! A battering ram of a striker. Big, strong, powerful with decent touch in both feet. Echoes of the typical build of a '94 SE. He can be our Giroud, at the very least!

Wha choo looking at?!

He's got speed and stamina but he's listed as "Born in Harrow, London of Nigerian/Ugandan parentage" and a British national!!!

Because of Efe Ambrose when at Celtic I tried watching the Scottish Premiership for a while.
It was painful and didn't last. :D

if we recruited all these players from all these one-hit-wonder-clips we might as well change the name of our national team and disband all local teams and league
make peaceful change impossible make violent change inevitable.

"It depends on what the meaning of the word 'is' is. If the--if he--if 'is' means is and never has been, that is not--that is one thing. If it means there is none, that was a completely true statement....Now, if someone had asked me on that day, are you having any kind of sexual relations with Ms. Lewinsky, that is, asked me a question in the present tense, I would have said no. And it would have been completely true."

Big powerful lad. Looks like a proper good old fashioned British number 9. Cannot see him playing for Uganda. The Scots may cap him though. The other UK nations have gone the way of England and starting capping Nigerians with British passports (Robson-Kanu, Ikechi Anya etc).
