Thus format is not good at all. Africa will be missing one of his best team in Ghana

Yeah ! Ghana is as good as Nigeria, Even Ivory Coast. CAF needs to review this quota nonsense !
Re: U17 AFCON: Nigeria vs Ghana...
Yes, I understand we need to promote weaker regions, but everyone knows Ghana and Nigeria have the strongest youth teams with the occasional strong Mali, Senegal, Cameroon squads.tunde72 wrote:Thus format is not good at all. Africa will be missing one of his best team in Ghana
Re: U17 AFCON: Nigeria vs Ghana...
Hopefully Nigeria with the U17 African Championship and in 2020 our region will have two slots.onovo wrote:.tunde72 wrote:Thus format is not good at all. Africa will be missing one of his best team in Ghana

Re: U17 AFCON: Nigeria vs Ghana...
Thus is a horrible format. Both countries should be representing Africa, not freaking Uganda or Tanzania that will never had made it out of the group Zone B stages.
Shame on CAF
Up Naija!
Shame on CAF
Up Naija!

Thank God o. Gutted for the bredas. This is a terrible way to miss out. Ghana, I'm sure, will be a far better rep than these regional softies that will end up representing AfricaYemiBrazil wrote:NIGERIA CHAMPIONS!!!

Don't mind the useless CAF. Their eyes go open when the other teams start collecting 4 goals per match - you don't improve your continental talent pool by denying the better talents opportunity to square up against the best in the world.pajimoh wrote:Thank God o. Pinnick voted for it in CAF meetings so they will put him in the executive council.
Blame Pinnick not CAF.
Re: U17 AFCON: Nigeria vs Ghana...
You're being generous. If Uganda, Tanzania and/or Angola get Nigeria, we could get double digit scorelines.YemiBrazil wrote:Don't mind the useless CAF. Re: U17 AFCON: Nigeria vs Ghana...
What? I thought Nigeria and Ghana had already qualified. This new format does not make logical sense. You cant use a lowest common denominator to determine the best teams in Africa. The system is rubish!!
