It is hilarious that some people think that a guy who has 20 goals in all competitions, with 9 games remaining in the premier league, is overhyped. By comparison, Ronaldo has 21 and Messi has 28... but then Messi and Ronaldo don’t play in the premier league. Not to mention that he has a teammate who is a 15-goal scorer. Only on CE

Salah was definitely not overhyped last year. Apart from the eye-test, no one who scores 40+ goals in one season at the upper heights of soccer is overhyped. No one. Its not easy to score 30 goals....but I would consider that the minimum for world class status. 40+??? That's otherworldly
Now, that does not mean that he's not a one-hit wonder.
