If you are true football fan then you wouldn't discount the enthusiasm and intensity generated in the culture of the beautiful game when the hooligans come to town. This often translates sometimes positively or negatively but ultimately it is part of what gives football the priceless follower-ship it has over the years. Look at what has happened to football in Lagos since the Lagos hooligans didn't have the sport-city anymore. You cant tell me that as a die hard fan you have never felt the need to let a bit of the social contagion catch you while in the midst of it all.
