I hear you but each has their own strengths: Sane knits plays together better but Mahrez is a better goal scorer. It depends on which solution the manager prefers.

Always a thing of delight to watch a player when they were younger and be able to predict they would go far. I remember Van Dyke joining Celtic abd being paired with Ambrose,i said to myself this is a top class center half potential...some almost 6 or 7 years after he is like a colossus in the Liverpool defence.
