Does National Team Invite add to players development
Ive noticed this especially with Nigeria. Once a player gets National team invite, especially if he's not an HEY YOU, his football seems to improve a thousand folds and ofcourse with prospects of bigger teams/ league or bigger role in their current team.
.This worked for Omeruo when he was in Den Haag.
.Iwobi became a more confident player and became alot more physical.
.Ebuehi grew muscles
.Semi Ajayi started winning MOTM in the championship. Im sure he wouldnt be in that league next season.
These are just few examples.
ROhr is using this to build a team of top performers for the future!

You shouldnt have added that last sentence because some people will no longer be able to analyse your post on its own merit. You know how the name Rohr makes some people's blood boil.
But you make a great point. I'm a great believer in the psychology of football and these players you mention will probably swear to the fact that their game has improved since playing for the SE.
Exposure >>> learning >>>>EXPERIENCE.
Its a confidence thing and anyone that has played football to a certain level will understand how state of mind can affect one's performance at any given time.

Awon Haters!
I also believe National team football breeds more competition in players.
