Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain systematically broke the rules of Financial Fair Play , and Gianni Infantino, then at UEFA, protected both according to shocking new revelations.

Now head of FIFA, Infantino will be under intense pressure in the wake of this new information.

Football Leaks have revealed the new irregularities, with German newspaper, Der Spiegel, publishing the story.

According to the documentation, the Parisian club have received 1,800 million euros fraudulently by the Qatari government for irregular financing, something that should have led to their expulsion from the Champions League.

Therefore, the continuity of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe could be compromised.Michel Platini, who chaired UEFA in 2012, participated in an agreement with Nasser Al-Khelaifi and his confidante, Jean-Claude Blanc.PSG favoured a reduction of the fine of about 60 million euros and like Manchester City, took advantage of UEFA retroactively accounting for a fraction of the contract with the Qatar Tourism Authority for the 2013/14 season.

All this allowed City to lift the punishments suffered one year in advance. Finally, another investigation into PSG appears to have been terminated without any reason in 2017.

Football Leaks notes that this was done via UEFA 'for political reasons.'

We watched this very boring video, 500 times, of Sacchi doing defensive drills, using sticks and without the ball, with Maldini, Baresi and Albertini. We used to think before then that if the other players are better, you have to lose. After that we learned anything is possible – you can beat better teams by using tactics." Jurgen Klopp
