Awoniyi bouncing back??

Dude has scored 3 goals in 4 matches. I am sure he enjoyed putting the dagger to Gent FC today after the experience he had with them up to the end of last year when Liverpool pulled the plug on his loan arrangement with them.

I hope he keeps this form going and reaches the potential that a lot of folks have seen in him

I don’t know if he is an upcoming world class talent or Belgium league is just weak. Anyway, congratulations to him and I should remember that for every “Joseph Akpala” there’s “Wilfred ndidi”

Kelechi was the outstanding one in U-17, we all see where thats going so far :atc: Can you really see the boy fitting into the type of game we are watching Liverpool play right now? High intensity, high pressure, needing sweet ball control, drive, speed, fast decision making etc...bobo is not even close to ready to be called back by his owners. Let him stay in Belgium and enjoy kiddie ball for now...

At his age, it will be really tough to play a high intensity game.

.

Well, I don’t. At least not at the first team level. But managers/regimes change. We need not worry about whether he can fit Liverpool. Much more important is his marksmanship. If he can bang in enough goals, a club will bend to fit his style

Oh boy what a goal... his confidence is growing and this is probably one of the best goals I have seen from him since his U17 days when he caught my eyes
