It will be an interesting selection process for Rohr...
Not only is
Taiwo Awoniyi performing well (6 goals), so also is
Chuba Akpom, who seems to have really settled well in Greece with PAOK Thessaloniki, who are leading the table (7 pts ahead of 2nd place Olympiakos), with 8 games remaining. He has scored 5 goals and is looking really sharp leading the PAOK forward line.
And then of course, there is
Victor Osimhen who is on fire in the Belgian League with 10 goals.
Exciting young talent we seem to be blessed with at this time.

They all need to move to better leagues to continue their development.

Glad Awoniyi is making progress but is he a fit for Liverpool who seem to prefer strong, quick and mobile forwards to allout strikers
Cheers.

The true test of his abilities will be if and when he moves to a stronger league

Awoniyi is on fire right now…
Everything the Nigerian striker touches turns to goals currently, and his hot streak continued in Mouscron’s 1-1 draw against Sint-Truiden on Sunday.
Awoniyi has single-handedly transformed Mouscron’s season since arriving, with his goals and assists lifting the team from a relegation fight to mid-table safety.
And he delivered another decisive contribution by firing an equaliser to earn his side—who ended with nine men—a point which extended the unbeaten streak to eight games.
Awoniyi hit the leveller on 33 minutes, finishing off a move he initially started by arriving in the box with perfect timing to convert a low fizzing cross from close range.
It takes the 21-year-old to seven goals—including three match-winners—in eight games, in which he has also recorded two assists.
It is an incredible run and seeing Awoniyi bounce back from a potentially confidence-ruining spell at KAA Gent so emphatically has been a joy to watch.
What a second half of the season this young man is having and who knows how far he can go.

Hope he moves to a better league. Curious to see how he will do there. Same goes for Oshimen.

I am very happy for Taiwo. Has he broken Joseph Akpala's goal scoring record in Belgium? A few goals in a league several Nigerian players have already excelled at and left behind is hardly anything to get excited about. Anyway, no yawa. Goodluck to the lad...

Bushboy, would you say something similar about success if he was scoring at Belgium league? Anyway, I don’t know what Awoniyi did to offend you, but whatever Your grudge is to him, please calm down. It’s not that serious just wish him well or don’t say anything
