Has Eze stated he wants to play for Nigeria and if so will he be called up?

He will opt for Nigeria if called. But being drafted into the England age grade setup complicates things a bit.
Eze was never going to be SE material, h's a fantasy for those who think only have the narrow perspective of English football. its foolish to think Eze is even the same calibre player as some of our homebased attacking midfielders.

Kindly name the home based attacking midfielders that you are referring to as options for the Super Eagles.

And how do you know this?

He has never hidden his ambition to play for Nigeria.

He talked about his desire to play for Nigeria on the QPR page and this was after being called up by England. QPR had to hastily remove the interview from their page.
