Twice already in the opening stages Ryan Shotton's long throws have given Blackburn something to ponder.

And it's Boro looking the bigger threat here as John Mikel Obi's fierce 25-yard strike hits the elbow of Corry Evans. The Blackburn man's arms were slightly raised but a penalty would have been harsh.

Could easily be doing a job for Crystal Palace, Fulham, Brigton etc. They sang his name, after he heighted a player, collected ball did a 1-2, then gave an accurate through pass. Almost led to a goal.

You guys should go to twitter for the past few weeks the middlesbrough fans have been saying he is too good for the club. They are in dream land.
