Sterling has improved but we cannot say whether it was due to TIME or Pepe or a combination of both.

Kele was under Pepe. Can we then say Pepe made Kele worse???? How come he was unable to IMPROVE Kele? Why did he not 'IMPROVE' the players that he met instead of spending money to 'IMPROVE' the team by BUYING players?

Pepe is a GOOD coach. The results prove that.

I have seen a video with my own eyes koro where Pep showed Sterling how to stand to receive a ball, trap it, open up his body and switch directions easily.

It sure helped that he played with the likes of Suarez, De Bruyne, Yaya Toure and many talented City players.
