No surprise as two north African clubs got to the final. It will be Esperance (Tunisia) -v- Wydad Casablanca (Morocco).
Esperance beat TP Mazembe (DRC) 1-0 on aggregate in the SF, and Wydad beat Mamelodi Sundowns (South Africa) 2-1 on aggregate in the other SF. The 2nd leg of both ties were utterly atrocious boring 0-0 draws.

Esperance are the defending champions. Wydad have former Nigerian international Michael Babatunde (remember him from the 2014 WC?) playing for them. He plays as a CF for them. Saw him in both legs. My goodness, how did this guy make it into Nigeria's starting 11 in a WC match no less?!

The first leg (Wydad at home) will be on the 24th and the second leg on the 31st of May.
