SE AFCON STARTING 11

Post by EMIR KONGI JAFFI JOFFA »

who u got? i think Rohr will have a tough time picking the CD pairing and the wing forwards, all other positions seem to have taken care of themselves. This would be my team but Rohr knows best.

Chukwueze deserves to start but we have too much talent upfront, seems like we're on a different level now than we were at the WC.

Complete sports is reporting that SE will play 352 against Senegal.

https://www.completesports.com/pre-afco ... s-senegal/

I think it would be nlucky for Omeruo to have the kind of season he did and still come off the best. He had arguably the best season a Nigerian CD has had in long while but the I can see why ROHR would stick with his tried and tested oyibo wall.

If we did play 352 at AFCON maybe the line would look like this.

GK

Omeruo Balogun. Troost

Aina Mikel Nididi Collins

Iwobi

Musa Ighalo

That's a solid defensive team but Don't know if they can score much.

Strong line up, but I see Chukwueze starting instead of Kalu because of the latter's lack of fitness/sharpness. Kalu would start from the subs bench and gradually ease himself into the starting XI.
I am happy
