Ah, the good old, taxonomical greatness...And on that note, Musa is a great "World Cup" African forward.

Please let Alhaji Musa in peace.

Liverpool, European Champions 2005.

We watched this very boring video, 500 times, of Sacchi doing defensive drills, using sticks and without the ball, with Maldini, Baresi and Albertini. We used to think before then that if the other players are better, you have to lose. After that we learned anything is possible – you can beat better teams by using tactics." Jurgen Klopp

Elaborate on the reset brethren, a restoration of factory settings perhaps.

Point is we have a manager who is a misfit. In both his concept of the game and the timeline of his ambitions...

Based on the meager offerings of this AFCON, this was a winnable tournament with better, creative management. I mean a tournament with Baby Jet as striker; a 50yr old grandpa; seriously!

What to do?

Look for a new manager with professional guidance, or not at all...

But whether a new manager or continuation with Rohr, need to reset the base of the local game, beginning with selection for youth teams, and focus on high quality talent within the proper age limits.

Rohr notwithstanding, the quality of options in the NTs is not good. Just look at our GK options; one a basket case, the other barely average, sourced from a Div 3 side, and the third a certified clown!

We have to drastically improve the options, irrespective of who the manager is...
