Odion Ighalo scored 16 goals for Nigeria. Fourteen of his sixteen were scored against Luxembourg, Seychelles, Burundi, Chad, Libya ... and Cameroun. So I am not sure why you are calling Cameroun an "aspiring" minnow.

PS: Ighalo, by the way, is in with a chance to finish as the 2019 tournament highest scorer. He currently has 5 goals alone, while the entire Camerounian national team scored 4 goals at the tournament.
