In the event Rohr quits, Carl Ikeme is the best option right now so much more than all the names being thrown around. He is patriotic, calm, disciplined, emotionally matured and visionary. NFF and picnic should in fact draft him to the coaching crew now in readiness to take over the post Rohr.

He can be considered for a position as an assistant coach or may be a goalkeeper trainer. He would need to cut his teeth as an assistant or elsewhere before even being considered for the position as SE coach. We also don't know if he's even interested in coaching.

Assistant coach to help with the goalkeepers will be a good place to start for him.

He did express interest in joining Nigerian coaching Team and NFF actually made a public statement to that effect - that he would be offered a position. I say NFF should even go further than that and hand him the head coaching position. They might have to pay him a little more than 45,000 per month
