Onuachu got the winning goal for Genk in the Belgian cup.

Joel Obi scored a last minute goal for Chievo in Italy’s serie B.
In another match in Serie B, Orji Okoronkwo made his debut for Reggina. Kingsley Michael was on the bench.

Oga Paveman, when will one of our boys break through in Italy? We've been hearing about Kingsley for yrs but he always seems to end up in Seria B, same with okonkwo. Wow up with our boys in Italy?

Been a bit of a downfall unfortunately for both Kingsley and Orji. These last 2 years have been wasted. However they are still young and can improve.

Apart from Simy and Osimhen, the only other Nigerian surprisingly getting some playing time in Serie A is 18 year old (b. November 2002) Destiny Udogie. I have seen the games he has played in (left side of midfield) and he is still very raw. He played around 45 mins in total, in 3 or so games. However, he could be an interesting prospect. Verona are a mid-table team now, so getting playing time at important stages in the game is already an achievement in itself.

Terem Moffi is on fire - goal number 8 of the season against Monaco, 8 in all competition. I believe he is ahead of Awoniyi and making compelling case for call up.

Yup! 2 goals against Monaco, and the game isn't done yet.

In today’s game Cosenza v. reggina in Italy’s Serie B, there was plenty of Naija.....

Michael Ijemuan Folorunsho, born in Italy but of clear Nigerian descent, got his 4th goal of the season. He is a 23 year old midfielder who is actually a Napoli player on loan to Reggina.

Kingsley Michael came in on the 80th minute
Orji Okoronkwo was on the bench.

On Cosenza’s side, I was surprised to see Lagos born Jerry Uche Mbakogu come on in the last 10 minutes of the game. I has forgotten completely about this player who seemed like a possible prospect 10 years ago. Anyway, he has moved to Cosenza two weeks ago and was making his debut today. Good luck to him. The SE ship has long sailed as he is 28 years old, but it’s good to see him back and at a high level.

Tyrone Ebuehi scored today for Twente. He deserves some kind of "comeback" award for how well he's been playing since his extended injury layoff. Coming back from long term injuries is very difficult.

Was Man of the match; Rangers require 7 more points to be crowned champions...... it is safe to say Aribo & Balogun will win the Scottish league.
