:D :D

I thought they said the moment we stopped posting EPL gibberish here, this forum will die. This forum has been the liveliest ever. In fact I will argue that's it's the EPL crap that was dragging the Eagles nest down!

If only moderators will delete EPL craps posted by Big Belle Pokey claiming to praise Nigerian players.

Kudos to Murderators for MENGA (Making Eagles Nest Great Again)!

i am at least 40% of the reason this forum is alive.. 98% of my post are about naija... yesterday one mod tried so hard to create traffic on the world forum, moved the SE's players thread to the world forum... but guess what another very intelligent mod moved the thread back to the right section..pajimoh is upset right now...

Now if only you had any sense, you would learn how to spell Eagle

it's very easy to run ones mouth on the internet. The last time you saw me you started swallowing your saliva. You saw a well fit strong taller naija man and your voice sounded soft. You were shaking thinking i was going to kick the crap out of you. You started lifting women weights, I just laughed . Next time i see you, I will take your wallet, and there's nothing you can do about it

I do recall you buying me small stout in 2005. There was fear again, the stout felt like you were trying to buy protection

Bros 1Naija, you and several of us who had complained about the EPL mess were right. Yes, several of us!

When the debate of your post or point popped up, I couldn't participate because I was tied up, else taking out the EPL nonsense is the best thing to this Forum - in my opinion

We have been brainwashed by the Premier League that it's the best in the world. Nonsense. It's the best brand

He says that we are currently "brainwashed" into believing that the Premier League is the best competition in the world, and that we are now a long way off dominating the Champions League again.

I think Spain’s by far the best league.

Each of the sites -- Eagles Nest and World Football -- can each sustain. There is always a story to share or controversy to stir on the SE. It is only our imagination that can limit us. That ought to be clear.

For me, this change was important if we are to be true to ourselves as supporters of Nigerian football. It would have been unbecoming to continue to diminish the worth of this site with copious threads on European football that had nothing, absolutely nothing, to do with the Super Eagles for which this site was built.
The difficulties of statistical thinking describes a puzzling limitation of our mind: our excessive confidence in what we believe we know, and our apparent inability to acknowledge the full extent of our ignorance and the uncertainty of the world we live in. We are prone to overestimate how much we understand about the world and to underestimate the role of chance in events -- Daniel Kahneman (2011), Winner of the Nobel Prize in Economics
