Kingsley Michael celebrates official Bologna debut


Flying Eagles midfielder Kingsley Michael has told SCORENigeria he was pleased he finally made his official debut for Serie A club Bologna.

Michael played the entire game in the Coppa Italia as Bologna won 3-0.

“I am pleased my dream became a reality,” he told SCORENigeria



“I was signed by Bologna, and last season I was loaned out to Perugia in Serie B. I was recalled by my parent club for pre-season.

“Everything is now history. I played my first official match, I played the whole 90 minutes and we won convincingly 3-0.

“I now hope to justify the confidence of the coach.”

I hope he follows in the footsteps of young midfielders like Chris Obodo, Joel Obi and Ogenyi Onazi that Serie A have developed for Nigeria.
