We should have played the Kenkey Bredas on Thursday
[1] Total lack of foresight on the party of the NFF
[2] Brazil have used the Senegal game to get ready for us
[3] Playing the Kenkey Bredas on Thursday would have been a good warm up for us
[4] If they were not ready, we could have checked with the Plantain Brothers
[5] Brazil is not the right match to give players their debuts
[6] However, the likes of Olayinka, Bonaventure and Solomon-Otabo could have been bloodied against the Kenkey Bredas
[7] We needed one match to find an ideal replacement for Samuel Kalu
[8] At the moment, I am not sure who Rohr will go for but none out of Simon, Bonaventure, Otabo or Olayinka fills me with confidence
[9] To make matters worse, Brazil will be on fire after that draw, as they are winless in three games. They will come at us at 100 miles an hour
[10] This is another waste of a Fifa window

Do you understand the FIFA rules governing long distance travel and FIFA sanctioned friendlies?
Because if you did, you would not have posted this.

Re: We should have played the Kenkey Bredas on Thursday
Well they (NFF) can’t afford to pay the coach for 3 months so I doubt it they'll pay an opponent for a friendly match they wait for invites so they’ll get payed!

I believe the NFF can but choose to misappropriate funds for their budget.Eaglezbeak wrote:Well they (NFF) can’t afford to the coach for 3 months so I doubt it they'll pay an opponent for a friendly match they wait for invites so they’ll get payed!

Gate takings would have covered the cost of the match.

Re: We should have played the Kenkey Bredas on Thursday
Normal thinking people would agree but the NFF just like any other makeshift Nigerian organisation want the cash now and are probably rolling on the floor and squabbling over the next pay package that isn't even theirs!Ayo Akinfe wrote:Eaglezbeak wrote:Well they (NFF) can’t afford to pay the coach for 3 months so I doubt it they'll pay an opponent for a friendly match they wait for invites so they’ll get payed!

Ghana is the Brazil of African nah. DUH
We have been brainwashed by the Premier League that it's the best in the world. Nonsense. It's the best brand
Roy Keane: ITV 02/25/14
He says that we are currently "brainwashed" into believing that the Premier League is the best competition in the world, and that we are now a long way off dominating the Champions League again.
Gary Neville: Mirror: 12/23/14
I think Spain’s by far the best league.
Scholes. UK Guardian 9/6/16

Ghana would also have allowed Onuachu the opportunity to score an international goal. Come on now, even he can score against them.
