Ebuehi Injured Again - Hopefully A Minor One

No clarity yet about Ebuehi's injury; damage at Oosterwolde is not too bad

HENGELO - FC Twente does not expect to have a definitive diagnosis of Tyronne Ebuehi's ankle injury until the end of the week. The right wing defender must first undergo another scan. Ebuehi was injured against FC Groningen after 45 minutes on Sunday.

Pictures have already been taken of his ankle and no injuries were visible. However, an X-ray does not show the bands. A scan is required for this. In any case, the ankle was a lot less thick on Tuesday than on Sunday after the game.

The injury of FC Twente's other back, Jayden Oosterwolde, is relatively easy. Oosterwolde sustained a hamstring injury against Ajax and it is expected that he will be 'only' out of circulation for a few weeks. The last time Oosterwolde suffered the same injury, he was back on the field after three weeks. The 19-year-old has now started his rehabilitation.
