PARIS (AFP) - Nigeria's international teenaged striker Bartholomew Ogbeche was sent on loan by French championship highflyers Paris Saint Germain to rivals Bastia.
The four-times capped 19-year-old is expected to sign a contract on Wednesday which will see him stay with the Corsican outfit till the end of the season.
Ogbeche - who was not selected in Nigeria's African Nations Cup squad - had already turned down loan offers from Guingamp and Spanish strugglers Espanyol, who are managed by former PSG handler Luis Fernandez, the man who gave him his first team break.
PSG wanted to loan him out so he could gain more first team experience but a potential move to English Premiership side Portsmouth failed to materialise as there was little likelihood he would be granted a work permit.
