Most of the teams are kitted by indigenous manufacturers Owu and Cone.
Enyimba is kitted by Joma and Kwara United by Umbro

ONE SERIOUS AND ONE COSMETIC PROBLEM

SERIOUS
I counted 20 teams: I don't think there's enough talent in the land to stock that many teams and some of these locations may not be financially viable. I'd settle for 16.

COSMETIC
Of the 20 teams, eight (40%) of them have the word "United" as part of their name, clearly borrowing from teams in Britain who used the word for their own reasons. Come on, don't tell me that Nigeria cannot come up with their own naming cojnvention appropriate for their circumstances.

$4 million price for African new competition, the African league. Why didn't Enyimba strengthen more. Should have spent more in the off season to get ready for the competition. If they can win that tournament, na 4 million dollars.

That competition deserves more than that. Unfortunately, this is a trial run because expected Middle East dollars did not materialize.
