Unprofessional NFF President Ibrahim Gusau

Post by ugly boy »

If reports are true he was yelling at the players and coach after the EQG game then this guy is an unprofessional clown. Questioning their commitment and threatening to disinvite players in future is a sure fire way to destroy team spirit and demotivate the lads.

Why didn’t he do his job and arrange more friendlies for the team?
Why not insist on 27 players?
Why not do your job with the preliminary list and question why many inform players weren’t part of a 50 man prelim list?

I do not blame , this is the way it is supposed to be. The Fans go after the FA and the FA needs to berate the players. I see nothing wrong . Some of the player played below par.

I can count 8 friendlies that he arranged in just over a year. So what did the fake coach learn from these friendlies?

Most of those friendlies I believe were arranged under Pinnick.

Only the Saudi Arabia and Mozambique friendlies were under Gausau.

He wasted the opportunity to play at least 3 friendlies.

He is a clown of the highest order.

We do not have a strong captain. Our captain is a weak, spineless and selfish coward, so this is possible.

If we had a strong captain who everyone respected, the Minister wouldnt even try this and if he did, the captain will step up and kindly ask the minister to speak to him outside. Then while outside, he will educate the Minister that this is not the right time to break the team spirit and that the minister shouldnt worry, he (the captain) will give them the verbal beating of their lives once everyone has taken the next few minutes to come to terms with their performance.

Alas our captain knows that he used back door to enter into the team, no one respects nor fears him. Majority of the fans hate him and in fact, his presence there is like a stench of Ghanaian fart.

Dont forget that these players have begged us not to insult them on social media because it hurt their feelings and it makes them unable to pass the ball because the insult keeps ringing in their ear.
