The difficulties of statistical thinking describes a puzzling limitation of our mind: our excessive confidence in what we believe we know, and our apparent inability to acknowledge the full extent of our ignorance and the uncertainty of the world we live in. We are prone to overestimate how much we understand about the world and to underestimate the role of chance in events -- Daniel Kahneman (2011), Winner of the Nobel Prize in Economics

Re: NFF poor WC qualification preparations
NFF is predictable. The technical committee wrote the team selection and they are delaying the appointment of a new coach because they don't want to pay the salary of a new coach until May. Qualifying for the world cup is going to be tough. They expect a new coach to take charge in May and be ready for WC qualifications one month later against South Africa and Rwanda. Well it surely makes our chances more difficult.
Their motivation is mostly how much money they can save from paying a coach. Money will be diverted to other people. What other conclusion can I make.

Winners do it the right way.
