...coaches need to teach these players to stop the art of time wasting because they were one goal up in the first half with a whole plenty time to go.
Nigeria first goalie was very guilty of that.
Nwabali did same thing at the recent afcon, though he was good, but you don't start wasting time with buku minutes still left on the clock.

I can't lie, these girls cannot be our future - timid, lacked belief & technically very deficient. The decision making was just horrible - especially in the attacking 3rd. The girl on the right wide forward position is athletic but selfish - she wanted to play hero ball.
First time seeing this bunch - not in a rush to repeat.

It was a good effort by the falconettes. Our women’s program is getting better and better. Let’s appreciate and encourage these young ladies.

What was the luck there?
‘Lucky’ they didn’t drop the baton?
‘Lucky’ the opposition weren’t a shade faster?
Or were we ‘lucky’ Ghana decided to settle for silver?

In that case, we’ve had plenty of luck …like in the women’s 4x100 and that amazingly ‘lucky’ 4x400 mixed relay final!
