I don't think the Mali game is part of the rankings. Also UEFA games also have more weight. Again Europeans unfair practices.
Winners do it the right way.

Yes the Mali game is part of the rankings.

And no the UEFA games are not more weight, that practice ended 4 or 5 years ago when the ranking was reformed.

Having said that FIFA rankings are still rubbish.
