But the inferiority complex, tribalism and selfish interests is getting in the way. You have people that don't want a coach because he won't play their favorite players. You have people don't want a coach because he only uses players from the south. They want more Northerners in the team. This is why Nigeria is underachieving. We have to encourage our own.
