Bastia have finally agreed a deal to sign Paris Saint Germain attacker Bartholomew Ogbeche as the capital club close on the capture of Habibou Traore.
Ogbeche has been allowed to leave Parc des Princes on loan for the remainder of the season and a clutch of clubs were courting his services.
Marseille, Guingamp, Portsmouth and Espanyol were all attempting to hand the Nigerian first-team football.
PSG wanted a nominal fee to loan out Ogbeche with Bastia finally relenting and acceding to their more illustrious counterparts' demands.
The Corsican side's chairman Francois Nicolai is delighted to have reached an accord with PSG and is looking forward to having the teenager at the club.
"We had him on the telephone," said Nicolai. "He is very enthusiastic about joining us.
"We also had a talk with his agent. Everything is almost settled but I want to remain cautious."
As Ogbeche prepares to depart Parc des Princes, PSG are hoping to wrap up a deal for Guingamp's highly-rated midfielder Traore.
The Senegal starlet has been the prime target of PSG coach Vahid Halilhodzic and the two clubs are discussing a transfer.
PSG want Traore on loan for the rest of the campaign with the option of a permanent deal for a €500,000 fee in the summer.
