WHO IS THE WEAKEST LINK?

Post by Riche007 »

Congrats to the SE for making it past the first round. Most of you forumers must have seen the games and from all three games, who do u think is the weakest link? How should he step up his game?

My take - Seyi O....the boy needs to step up...i think he lacks exposure but he seems to lack the confidence as well. His games has just been at best average.

With all due respect, I think Olafinjana must have the game of his life. Quite honestly, Benin and SA were very weak teams and he failed in the defensive maestro role. Cameroun is a very physical team and if there is any time when we need two defensive minded ball winners in the midfield it is now. Finjana must step up his game from now on for us to have a chance. Our less than lethal strike force of Kanu and Agahowa has been well discussed but I think Finjana is more crucial as the goals will come one way or another.

From what I saw of them against Benin, the entire team needs to step up big time against Cameroon if they hope to stand a chance; I must say just like against Maroc, Yobo against was caught ball watching for the Bennoise goal;

I honestly don't see that midfield holding up against Cameroon; it is just too weak but then again, I could be wrong;

Not who is the weakest link. Who are (plural) the weakest links.

Kanu
Yobo
Olofinjana
Okoronkwo
Utaka on the right wing
Do you want me to carry on ?
