Wilson Oruma is playing well.....

Post by dcf »

I have just received a two week old copy of France Football here in Australia which confirms what I have seen on French TV this season.

Wilson Oruma has finally matured into a top class European midfielder. He is as skilful as ever, but is now hard working when Sochaux lose the ball too.

Can he reproduce such hardwork in the SE?

The SE cannot afford two aged playmakers. Oruma's time is well past...

Liverpool, European Champions 2005.

We watched this very boring video, 500 times, of Sacchi doing defensive drills, using sticks and without the ball, with Maldini, Baresi and Albertini. We used to think before then that if the other players are better, you have to lose. After that we learned anything is possible – you can beat better teams by using tactics." Jurgen Klopp

Guys lets face facts, Oruma is one of Nigeria's best midfileders at the moment. He deserves to be in Faro and represent Nigeria in Tunisia. I have seen Oruma a few times this season and he has been very impressive. Lets forget all the excusses about age etc etc. The best should represent Nigeria at the ANC and Wison Oruma is one of the best 22 Nigerian footballers today.

Chukwu should seriously look at the following for the SE midfield:

Ifeanyi Ekwueme
Wilson Oruma
Austin Okocha
Uche Kalu
Osaze Ode...
Seyi Olofinjana
Chris Obodo
Gabriel Melkam

For the attack -

Julius Aghahowa
Yakubu Aiyegbeni
John Utaka
Nwankwo Kanu
Aliyu/Aghali

The back line can be manned by the following guys:

Taribo West
Joseph Yobo
Celestine Babayaro
Ifeanyi Udeze
George Abbey
Joseph Enakhire
Omokoh/Okoronkwo

With regards to Goalkeepers, I will go for

Greg Etafi
Austin Ejide
Rotimi Sunday

Oruma is playing exceptional well and is not interested in playing for the SE anymore.

On form, he should make the SE squad and start.

Oruma's team will be playing Utaka's team on Tues Jan 13th in the French Cup.

Larry,

"Oruma is playing exceptional well and is not interested in playing for the SE anymore"

Is this why he was not invited by CCC for the ANC? Please shed more light.
