Izbita Ogbonna grabs a hat-trick

Post by Paveman »

Another player that has been crucially overlooked, especially by the U/23 selectors is Izbita Ogbonna, who signed for Israeli Premier League club Hapoel Tel-Aviv in November.

The boy has been in good scoring form and today grabbed a hat-trick. The game is still 70 minutes old so he even has time to score more. His club currently lead Chukwurdi Nworgu's Beitar Jerusalem by 4 goals to one.

Does anyone have information about this lad?? Was he still in Nigeria last year?

Well. I remember the Israeli guy on the old forum telling us that his club had bought a Nigerian called Izbita Ogbonna. Can anyone find the old posts on the other forum?

Yes that ISraeli chap talked about him
ITs just that the chap claimed he played for Sharks as his last nigerian club and that got me working.
I spoke with the Sharks TEam MAnager and Chairman and they had no such name on their roster.
Good for him that he is now scoring, but that does not make hiim under twenty three material
