Is Abbey George better than Ogbona Kanu?

Can any tell me why Abbey George is commanding a first team shirt ahead of Ogbona Kanu who has more experience than him? From my point of view Ogbona is a better right back than Abbey.

Can any tell me why Abbey George is commanding a first team shirt ahead of Ogbona Kanu who has more experience than him? From my point of view Ogbona is a better right back than Abbey.
