best software to use to design a website

Guys i beg whats the easiest software to use to build a website, without having to know hot to use html and java crap.
I wanna build an online magazine, i beg big dough on the line.

You might want to try Dreamweaver MX, its easy enough to understand. But u'll end up with a lot of excess junk on your site which will clog up traffic.

You can try Microsoft Front Page. It's part of the office suite so you may have it already.
Using frontpage is just like using any other Office program. Easy.
Having said that, with most (if not all) of these easy-to-use web design programs, when you create what you want, there'll be some unnecessary code in the html.

If money is tight, try getting a friend or a student to do it for you. Many IT/Engineering students can do decent websites.

Paintshop Pro 7 , it cheap £37 only, you can get a free copy from a magazine and is in the same league as Adobe and Dreamweaver mx

Cant go wrong with Dreamweaver MX. that is the standard. You can hand code or visually make a site.

You are almost certain to have an error free quality site. My word.

p11 266mega 128 mb 40 gig hardrive
u need p111 600mhz for dreamweaver
