Did Suarez bite another one? Time to employ the Hannibal Lecter face shield on him.

I don't see where the Italian goal is going to come from unless it is a freekick!

I'm telling you...Uruguay is built to win this WC.

I see them & Holland as the 2 best teams right now.

Cheers, Mate
Game is not over yet....
True. But being down 1 man, Balotelli sitting, and having to press an Uruguay that loves to counterattack...it's really uphill.

All of you saying Italy are going home might be premature.

The sending off was well deserved, sometimes you wonder what goes on in the mind of some players when they behave in a certain way, His leg was way over the ball and leg breaking as well. My initial thought echoed ur sentiments, then I saw the replay.

I just can't stop biting - Luis Suarez

I hope he gets suspended, even if they advance.

If Suarez gets banned for biting later, Uruguay won't go far.

Can't believe why such a man does such stupid things.

Italy needs to get FIFA to investigate that incident with Suarez. I looked like a bite.

They all should have been playing like this before the sending off.

Anyway, these 2 teams fit each other, diving and cheating, don't give a damn who is out.

I am not sure Suarez bit Chiellini there. He tried to headbutt Chiellini and Chiellini tried to elbow Suarez. Who knows, Chiellini could've planted some evidence there to use during the game! :tic: :tic:

Let's see how Germany, Holland, and France fare. These are tier 1 Europeans, who are pretty formidable. Spain clearly imploded.

But Italy is an asterisk exit on the basis of that contestable red card.

The rest of the Europeans have been well beaten, for sure. Especially Croatia.

he planted evidence on his shoulder in anticipation that Suarez might "headbutt" him in the shoulder?

They both have extreme guile and talent. A lot of teams can learn from them. They actually play with a lot of class.

If Suarez doesn't face some FIFA sanction, I believe Uruguay can win this WC.

It is not so far-fetched! Suarez's reputation is well known and all you have to do is frustrate him!
